And in Windows 95, you can toggle your keyboard into any number of
modes--German, Norwegian, French, Spanish, even Icelandic. It's a little
trouble at first learning which keys stand for what characters, but if you
do enough typing in the other language it's well worth the trouble.

   Win95's other main option is the Character Map, which lets you select
the character from a chart, copy it to the Clipboard, and paste it in
wherever you need it.
