His Grace Finnvarr has put forth a theory that Mr. Aquinas stopped writing in
1323 because of his demise in 1274. While on the face of it, this theory
seems sound, I offer some other examples:

Moses, of Biblical fame, whose "Sixth and Seventh Books" appeared some time
during our SCA period, if not later, from what I've gleaned.

And more modernly, the popular writers VCAndrews and L.RonHubbard, both of
whom, many would say, have been dead for years. Apparently, it hasn't hurt
their continued production of new books at all.

I wondered at the signficance of the original entry when I came across it...
