Dang, can't find the URL now, but somewhere there is a site about
dealing with SPAM, and it details several legal actions. There have
been a couple successsful suits where the plaintiff was a domain
owner who sued on the grounds that the spammer was using thier domain
without authorization, and the resulting replies jammed up thier
system. Perhaps Dnaco.net would want to look into this.
