[Mid] A&S Documentation

Good Gentles,

I am interesting in entering two cordials I have made in this year's
A&S. However, I have a couple questions regarding documentation.

1. Does anyone know whether or not Blueberries and Vanilla or
Applemint are period and where I might find documentation supporting
this?

2. Is it possible to enter your A&S entries in a different region than
the one you live in?

3. Is there a good period source for documenting the steps involved in
making a cordial?

Any help you can give would be appreciated. If you care to, I would
welcome private replies as well as ones to this list.
