I know that the change to Sir Agus's device (addition of chain) was
registered after his death but it was already in process when he
passed away. I think that starting the the submisson process
posthumously would be just a bit much. I know I wouldn't want
someone else submitting a device for me while I'm a live, and would
prefer they didn't afterward. Also consider the purpose of a
heraldic device, to identify the bearer of that device.
  Much as we all loved and respected Jafar, and honor his memory,
let us not ose our perspective. We should allow more time
for our grief to run its course rather than hurry into
something which on reflection isn't such a good idea. (Remember the
mid-60's when every public work was named Kennedy?)
 When Sir Angus Ulrich passed on, all Northshield mourned, and a
number of awards were proposed to honor his memory. A close friend
of his told me that such was distressing to his lady. (Seemed like
people were trying to turn him into a superhuman legend, but she had
loved him as a person, and prefered to remember him as such). Suffice
that the Northield's Sword of State is the one once worn by him.

 I'm not expressing myself well today, so I hope no one takes
offence.
