Hmmmmm.....
        Nah. We can't get there from here. Besides, we already have the Great
Lakes, 20% of the world's fresh water supply locked up in OUR control.
        They can *have* Antarctica if they want (they being whoever wants it);
but I challenge them to find anything to drink once the oranges freeze.
