[Mid] Pale deadline extended

The Pale deadline for written materials has been extended to Monday the
fifth because of everything. I'll also extend the e-stuff deadline to the
5th just to be fair to everyone. Please let people not on the list who need
to know about this. the extension is for this month only; I hope we'll not
have to do this ever again.
