Fair fa ye:
Please watch your language my lord. We do not intend to belittle Jafar nor
his lady nor the wonderful idea of the quilt. I do however take EXTREME
exception to your language and your challenge. The list is (I thought) a
place for the open, honest and civilized exchange of ideas.
Perhaps you should sign off for awhile until you calm down. My Laird
Aonghas was the one who asked the innocent question about Flamingos being a
new world bird. He will not take up your challenge for 2 reasons. The first
because He is a wise man and will see your outburst for what it is. The
second because I will delete your message and all references to it before he
can see them. Aonghas feels VERY strongly about the use of such language
around me and all ladies.
I am trying to understand your sudden outburst and your feeling that it
"had to be said". Perhaps you might consider seeking out a gentle knight of
these current middle ages to assist you in finding a more constructive way
of dealing with your anger. My Laird's knight, Earl Sir David Martin
Failsworth would be an excellent choice.
Gentle regards,
Lady Ealasaid
May thee hae meikle feres, kennin fae,
