*AHEM*, A lot of us Nipponese-types had blue-water warfare too,
(Historicaly, Japan had trade with China, Korea, and Africa [my homeland],
and a *lot* of 'unconventional economics' [Piracy]) Sooooooo...
If only our Kites were Martial-approved, we could go after Antarctica
