Actually, Katheryne (mundanely, Kris) won that St. Nicholas tournament and
thus the right to wear that fine sword for the next year (which she joyously
did at Boar's Head, IIRC). So it was that Giacomo gave the scabbard to
the one to whom it needed to be giv'n. The fault lies with Katheryne or
myself (Adam (mundanely, Adam)) for not passing the word along that the
scabbard had been found and brought to the appropriate person. Oopsie.

So, by a quirk of fate, the scabbard travelled an hour south of it's
intended destination (Sternfeld vs. Rivenstar) before arriving where it
needed to be. Seems there oughta be a Shakespearian comedy I could reference
here, but I'm not as up on my English Lit as I ought.
