[Mid] Pennsic XXVIII Pre-Registration

I sent my pre-registration for Pennsic XXVIII in so that it would arrive at
the Coopers on August 31st (the day that Pennsic booklet said that they
would begin accepting pre-reg's.) I have not heard anything but the credit
card statement indicates that they did receive my pre-registration. Has
anyone received their confirmation letter from Cooper's yet? I sure haven't.
Does anyone know when they are planning to send those out if they have not
done so already?
