Site open: Noon on Friday and closes at Noon on Sunday.

Site Fee: $3
Camping Fee: $5 / person per night; children half price.
Merchants: Space is available. No additional merchanting fee. Tables
are not provided. Contact the Aurocrat to reserve a space.

Events of the Weekend:

With the advent of Spring, a young man's thoughts and dreams turn to
SHEEP.

Since one can never have enough Sheep, those cherished Spring thoughts
often lead to Sheep Raids. The ever watchful eyes of the populace of
Windhaven will be turned to their flocks (and yours!) this weekend as
rumors of sheep raiders abound during our annual Spring Gathering. We
encourage our friends and neighbors to bring their flocks with them so
that we might aquire more sheep help them in protecting their own
properties.

(Translation: Bring a sheep. NO, not a real one, silly! Any medium
is ok, and it should be small enough to be easily carried and too big to
be easily concealed.)

Prizes will be awarded for the Most Creative Theft, the Most Profitable
Raiders, Most Secure Enclosure (you know how those pesky sheep tend to
wander off), and Most Bodacious Ewe (it is Spring - after all), to name
a few.

Archery will begin at 11:00 am; heavy weapons fighting will begin at
noon. Thrown weapons range will be available at the marshal's whim. We
have room for combat archery, if we can get someone to marshal it.

As usual, there will be a community cookout on the large grill. Bring
your own items for the grill and a dish to share. Then join us
afterward for the renowned Windhaven Bowling for Beverages.

Site is somewhat ...well...rustic. Hot showers and ice are available on
site. Site is handicap accessible and WET!! Sorry, no pets.

There are no plans for Children's activities; if someone wants to
volunteer, that's fine with us. Please contact us with the details.

Directions: Site is located north of Shawano, WI (57 miles east of
Wausau or 36 miles west of Green Bay on HWY 29). Take your best route
to Shawano (Hwy 29 from the east and west, Hwy 22 from the south). From
Shawano take Hwy 55 north to Keshena. Continue north on 55 another 7
miles or so. Site is near intersection of 55 and Cty M, which is
clearly visible on most state highway maps..
