To those that walk the bridge, Lady Ayesha sends greetings
Well, our Brewers and Vintners guild has been considered a private guild
since the first ruling about no SCA money shall be used for buying liquor
came into being. We also continue to learn from each other.
The question that I have is, now that we have an unofficial website, that
no b&v information can go on it either? Our site is maintained by a private
person and isn't paid for by shire funds.
I think that it is really unfair that one group or guild should be thus
singled out. Afterall, this activity has gone on since biblical times. People
who have a problem with drinking and the like need to take responsibility for
their own actions and not spoil it for the rest of us.
What I don't understand is why this activity has put the SCA insurance
policy in jepopardy? Can someone please explain this to me, PLEASE! You can
send it to me privately
Thanks
Lady Ayesha
