I seem to remember diagramming Dr. Suess and the longest sentence in the
English language, Mark Twain's in "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's
Court" in 6th grade in 1964- it was part of a project to teach us to think,
as for a while, none of us had a clue as to how to diagram a non-sentence-
after all, we had been taught subject/verb/object, which are not entirely
available in "One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish".......

The World's Need
So many Gods, so many creeds,
So many paths that wind and wind,
When just the art of being kind
Is all this sad world needs.
