Which puts it in a very awkward position when you are located
in Guam, Tinian, Yap, Okinawa, Mainland Japan,
Korea, Eurpean continent, United Kingdom, all of which have
members. Most being U.S. citizens currently residing there, but
several of the "non-USA" countries still fall under U.S.
jurisdiction (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico).

If you're going to try to be specific, I would suggest you
phrase it as "48 continental States, Alaska and Hawaii".
Specifics of which geographical areas are covered by the
(insurance) would clarify some of this.
