Greetings to all upon whom this letter may come.

Please feel free to forward, cross post, share as you will the following:

My name is Padraig Dillon and I have the honor to assist in the pleasure
and enjoyment of Estrella War XVI (Feb. 2000) by coordinating any and all
special events (both fighting and non fighting) which will take place.
If you have
any interest or intent in sponsoring or hosting a martial art tourney
(armored combat, unarmored combat, archery shoot, etc.), or an A&S event
(competition, display, ball, class/demo, etc.), or a social event (party,
dance, meeting, etc.)
then please contact me by one of the following means:

Please include the following in your communication: all of the above
contact info for you, as much detail as you can about your "special
event" (fighting rules, conventions, weapons allowed, theme, sponsoring
person/group, rules of competition, who is invited, etc.). Also include
what materials will be needed and/or provided for your event.

As you send us your event info, it will be updated to the schedule and
the web page.

Please, please if you intend to sponsor/host a "whatever" at this War and
want others to know about it, then contact us so that it can make the
schedule and be published on the web page and in the handouts at the War.
