Re: [Mid] Confirmation for subscribe sca-middle

Okay, here's what up as best I can figure. The new subscribe policy on
the Middlebridge is open+confirm. This means that when you send a
subscribe request, it sets up a confirmation password for you and sends
you back the command string with the password. Someone changed the
command string and returned it to the list instead of the request server.

Lesson: When the request server say's "send this back", don't change it,
just send it back.
