Children's Party plea for help:

Good Cousins, I write to you today to ask for your help in garnering
assistance for the second annual Children's Party to be held at Pennsic
XXVIII and hosted by Their Atlantian Majesties this year.

Last year, the party was a rousing success that far surpassed our
expectations. Between 150 to 200 children participated in the festivities
and a wonderful time was had by all. Without the enthusiastic help that I
received from the Atlantian populace, the fete would not have been
possible.

We are currently looking for individuals who are willing to be wandering
or stationary performers, be sponsors of their own chosen activity or
help with activities that need additional people. Gentles are needed to
set up and help break down, and also to provide general help (i.e.
escorts to the bathroom, signing in children, serving refreshments,
wandering staff, etc.).

This year the fete will take place in the Barn on Wednesday, August 18th
from 1pm until 4:30pm.

Remember that those who assist are not committed to stay the whole time
and any aid will be greatly appreciated.

greatly appeciative. Those who are willing to help should contact either
