Dear friends who walk the Middlebridges,

   I would ask that anyone who has or thinks that they have migraines, not
try to self medicate themselves. I found out the hard way that doing this can
lead to other complications. Please if you think that you have migraines and
want to use herbals, please contact a wholistic physician and get yourself
checked out.
