I seem to recall a TGS 12th Night event when there was quite the din
from the audience during presentations, so loud that the Herald could
not be easily understood. I stood to ask the crowd "As the Herald is the
voice of the Crown, would you show them any less respect?".

Subsequently, you could have heard a pin drop. :)
