But if there is a herald available, and TRM / TRH
have (in their infinite wisdom) allowed the herald to stand or
be seated in an easily-seen central spot [such as to one side of
the stairs at Pennsic Court], even those whose hearing is taxed
by the rudeness of those beside them will be able to understand
the business of the Court.
Oh, yeah... they'd have to know some sign language.
