Perhaps a call / talk with the awardee's seneschal would be in order, to
enquire what event the person will be attending soon, or to find out >if< the
awardee will be attending an event.
Who to perform the call? The regional signet? It seems to be able to be done
for our acquaintances, how about the friends we haven't met yet?
