Are you saying that it's acceptable to make noise, because it's the herald's
fault for not being able to project across the noise?
The herald at court Saturday was projecting; there was simply too much
background noise at times. Projecting can only do so much against mediocre
acoustics. When people talk instead of listening or letting others listen,
it is NOT the herald's fault if he/she cannot be heard.
Should we re-open the discussion of artificial amplification?
