I gave up trying to make sure that people were at court when our group went
through a two year dry spell and no one reccommended received an award. And
when the royalty come to your event and don't give out awards to locals it's
painful. Besides unlike when I got my first award and our seneschal knew
who was on the list, no one seems to let out any info these days.
