I agree. Due to the way the SCA rules are set up, court is not official
Also, why don't we encourage royalty to allow more regency courts. These
unless certain officers are present, we cannot quite run court in the period
fashion but I see no reason that royalty cannot open court at the beginning
of an event and then keep it open all day so that court business can be dealt
with as time and need are found.
smaller courts could then handle AOA's and other lower level awards at more
events. Thus courts where royalty are present would be shorter and involve
more of the higher awards.
