Not regional as far as I can tell. "Borders" is actually a major chain of
quality bookstores; they're as commonplace as Starbucks', huge inside as a
Sam's Club, and like both, nearly every decent-sized shopping center has one
these days.

It just happens that it's a bookstore with a REALLY kickin' cafe inside it.
:) To lure you into stickin' around so you'll buy more books and CD's,
presumably. If so, it's workin'.
