Fellow bridge walkers,

Does anyone else out there make chocolate-based cordials? I am in the middle
of letting a batch of fruit steep for a chocolate-raspberry cordial, and am
faced with a problem. The last time, I used chocolate powder and it came out
all grainy and nasty, even after it had a couple months to settle. Would
chocolate syrup be better? And is there a brand that doesn't already have
the sugar in it? (something akin to liquid baker's chocolate?)

My family will thank you, come Christmas Day; it's a Yule gift.

Numquam sitite. (Never thirst.) /~\D
