Well, me too, in a way. Amazing the way people react when they get an
overdue notice about overdue library materials! Or when they check out a
book they end up not liking........sheesh, you'd think we put a gun to their
heads and force them to check it out!!

They believe that only 144,000 people will be chosen to go to sit at the

right hand of Jehovah, and who those 144,000 chosen are and how they are
chosen is a mystery. What happens to the rest of them who are not chosen,
who knows? Limbo? I don't think that would personally bring me any great
comfort in an hour of bereavement, but then, I'm not a J.W., either. Maybe
that is why my co-worker is so distraught, partly. If he had a more merciful
belief system on which to lean, perhaps he would be able to draw some
strength from that. I dunno.

Well, I will be there, actually, as I am flying into Chicago O'Hare this
coming Friday night and being picked up by a member of my Household. I
suppose we will day-trip Saturday and return to Chicago that evening, and
then I fly home Sunday afternoon and get back to Cleveland Hopkins around
5:00-ish or so our time, getting me back to Kent at around 6:00-6:30-ish or
so. So, yeah, at least I will have that to look forward to, anyway!
I just hope this coming week is a bit better than this past one was. My
co-worker is going to try to return to work on Tuesday, so we'll see how it
goes. I'm still worried for him and wondering if he is at all sleeping or
eating. I know how he gets when things things go wrong. His already high
blood pressure shoots up, he does not sleep or eat and he ends up
compromising his health. I plan to light a candle for him tomorrow morning
in church. I just hope he is going to be OK........................
