I splurged a bit this year and got the two enrobed granny smith apples
from Harry and David's catalog. They showed up the other day and I have
been trying to hold off tasting one till closer to Christmas. Avis is
drooling, too, so we will soon have to slice and try one. They are
wrapped in caramel and one has chocolate with darker chocolate drizzle
and the other chocolate, pecan pieces, and milk chocolate drizzle. As
Fester Bestertester once said (that immmortal character from Don
Martin) "Oh, my quivering tastebuds!" ;->>
