Non-euclidean geometry. Euclidean geometry, you got
parallel lines that never meet. Non-Euclidean geometry,
you got parallel lines that can meet.both contradict
each other; both have uses in various aspects of
science.

(And don't ask me for more details. I know that it
exists but for the life of me I couldn't prove it
to save my life.)
