Greetings! No making of things except more files in the computer. I became

re-intrigued by "banquets", the dessert course during Tudor/Elizabethan/Stuart
times, also known as "voidee" in France. I decided I wanted to find a recipe
for each of the items listed in the banquet course as described by several
authors. Now, all we need is someone who would be interested in mastering the
making of these confections, who would like to re-created a typical banquet.
(This is the work of several years, most likely!)
