BEER CALIBRATION
I know that I have not posted anything since Pennsic but I am making up for
it by posting six new beers in this message.
If you have already read this part, skip it. If not, here is an explanation
of this project.
I am working on a beer calibration database for the brewers and brewing
judges and any other interested parties out there. This project is using
commercial beers judged by the Middle Kingdom Brewing and Vintning criteria.
Participation in the project is simple, get your local Minister of Arts and
Sciences to give you a copy of the criteria for B&V and a copy of the
judging sheet, or go to Master Arundel's web site at www.dnaco.net/~arundel
and look up the criteria & judging sheet. Next, go taste a beer. (I have
and will post "Beers of the Month" but you can taste and judge any beer you
like and I will be glad to put it into the database. Eventually, I would
like to have 100+ beers in the database for brewers and vintners to use.
After you get your results, email them to me at
