Oh, don't I wish............one of the things that often holds up my
departure to Pennsic is the packing of my car. I live in a second floor walk
up apartment and I hate having to haul all that heavy stuff down the stairs
from my apartment and load it into my car, especially if departure day is
especially hot. My drive to Pennsic is only an hour and a half, so I barely
have time to rest before it is time to unload all that stuff
again..........................(sigh)
Then when I come home after two weeks, hot, dirty and utterly exhausted, I
have to unload all that stuff and haul it back up the stairs again.
Sometimes being single has its advantages -- that's one time when it most
definitely does not. There's only me to do all the hauling up and down the
stairs and if I am hot and tired, it makes it all the harder. Would that I
had someone to do it for me.........................
