It is a salt free diet plan, primarily, along with a diebetic one.
I am finding, mostly, that if you take of the salt, the sugers usually
take care of them selves. Mark that word, "usually". You gotta read the
labels, and read them carefully. I am allowed 2000mg salt a day, and that
is less than a teaspoon (which is 2400mg). I *have* to adhere to this,
which means that most food in the grocery store is not allowable. Pretty
much eliminates SCA feasts, too. For me, salt is death, more even than
sugars.
Good thing I love veggies, and seasoned with herbs chicken! 8-)
