Oooooooooooooooooooh, Sir Omarad, you tempt me!!! :-)
Hmmmmm, wonder if I'd even have time at Pennsic to do that....... I may be
VERY busy this year doing some rather important stuff, but that's something
to keep in mind should some stuff I may be needed for not come to
fruition............................Man, watching the siege folks at War
this past year, especially at the Castle Battles, it looked like just too
much fun! Our Household has, I think, 2 ballistas, and it just looked like
the guys were having a ball with them! (Well, one of the Squires very nearly
hit poor Sir Pieter on the Castle - his ballista bolt caught a breeze in
flight and darn near hit Sir Pieter! Fortunately, he turned to talk to
someone right about the time it might've hit! Needless to say, we were
talking about that "threading the needle" all the rest of the evening!!)
And today at work was just the kind of day where I wish that I could join in
fighter practise tonight at our shire meeting! I just wanna go out and hit
something!! First day back at work after a nice relaxing 10 day vacation and
the boss expects me to pull a whole week's worth of work in one day! Can you
say S-T-R-E-S-S????? Sheesh! Why is it that the minute folks are promoted to
managers, they lose major IQ points??????
Just the kind of night that I want to go out and hit something as a way to
relieve stress!
~Saradwen, who had a REALLY bad day at work today!!!!
