Um... on the BACK of the scroll?

As far as I recall, there was never a problem with that. The benefits to the
herald and populace were great.

"Tape"? Gaaacccccckkk! I hope it wasn't scotch tape or one of those others
that'll
leave a sticky mess behind and do other nasty things to the scroll!
