RE: [Mid] BOD Decision on Membership Fee Increase

Viscount Sir Myles changes the rules when he was Earl Marshal of the Middle
Kingdom. To my knowledge the rules have not been changed back. It is not the
responsibility of the List Person to check for membership. Combatants are on
their honor to have current memberships.
