The pinched nock - in and of itself isnt banned - but it has to be reinforced
and constructed in such a way that it cannot be inserted through the grill of
a helmet more than 1/2". Some styles of construction may pass here - but
then again others may fail. Reinforce the nocks & check them for yourself before
you wander up to a marshal to have them inspected and there shouldnt be a
problem.
