Well, that may work fine for the senders...but for us who receive
the bridge on digest and don't use Outlook, we still have to scroll
through a bunch of (pardon the bluntness) CRAP.

I would respectfully ask anyone who is subscribed to the
Middlebridge, to P-L-E-A-S-E turn off your HTML stuff. Yeah, I know
you want your email to look pretty. It looks pretty nasty to me :-)
when I have to scroll through all the encoding to try and read the
message.

PUHLEEZE take pity on those of us who -have- to get the digest just
to make our inboxes manageable, and TURN OFF the pretty HTML stuff.

We can't see it anyways, so it's wasted on us. (I could make my
posts look all sorts of beautiful ways, but I don't, out of
consideration for you.)

I really really want to read what you have to say, I honestly do,
but also honestly, when I see an HTML encoded message, I just keep
scrolling on. (and on....and on.....and on)

Think of it in a similar vein to writing a letter of recommendation
to Their Majesties. While pretty appearance and fancy language may
be more medievalish...Their Majesties want "meat and potatoes", not
all garnishes. Save it for your private email to those who can see
and appreciate it, and please be considerate of the majority of us
who can't see the pretty stuff you're using and find it a waste of
digest space.

Blunt? Oh yea, that's my middle name :-) But I am asking nicely,
I'm pleading with you, PLEASE post in plain text to the
Middlebridge, out of consideration of others.

Thank you

Siobhan
