Normally half the digest is compleltey unreadable, sometimes more than
half just for all the HTML BS, and it can span several pages. Heck one
message can go several pages in html.
I've never said anything because I've found asking a scadian to alter
even the simplest, most basic, settings in a browser is about as useful
as talking to a vaccuum cleaner. You at least get the same look, but
the scadian will give you a hard time and argue why they have to change
at all. (Change is a VERY bad word in the scadian dictionary.)
I can read html, so either i read through it, or I just ignore the
entire section, or the entire digest if it looks like there is a ton of
it right of top. So rather than ask anyone to learn anything new
likenet'iquette, and get a HUGE thread and start the whine fest, I just
deal with it.
How bad is it? One medium length messgae and easily turn into many
pages in html coding. Pages of absolute gibberish.
I should rejoin the digest and repost a note sent in html so you who
don't get it can see exactly how totally unreadable it is. HTML email
is NEVER a good idea - period. Don't do it.
Truthfully, I would be really happy though if people would just snip
replies and quotes to JUST the part they are commenting on, or just a
small part of the post they want to respond to, and not qoute the
entire thread in each message, in digest mode it can take four scrolls
to get to the next messgae.
