The link on the Dragon Heralds page still points to the defunct page where
Paul used to have a page. If there is no current page for Escutcheon, one
should be made. In any case, the roster on line is *very* out of date.

The instructions you just gave Gunnar might be written up and posted
prominently either on the Dragon Heralds page, on a second page for each
of the on-line forms, or (better yet) both.

I am Cc'ing the mk-heralds list in hopes that someon might be interested
in webbing some of the pages that are needed.
