It seems to me that it wouldn't hurt to have what amounts to be the most
important client procedure that we, as heralds, support, displayed
prominently and directly on the heraldry page. I mean, you and I know
that Escutcheon is where submissions go so Escutcheon is the likely place
to look for the procedure for submitting, but Ioseph Newbie Stickjock
likely has no idea and, therefore, wouldn't necessarily know where to
look. Add to that the fact that the Escutcheon page is hosted elsewhere
and may be down or unavailable. Don't get me wrong, Midrealm.Org is down
or unavailable way more often than I'd like, but at least then the client
would actually have to contact their local herald even to get the forms,
and would then have a source for the procedure.

As it turns out, I am now able to see the Escutcheon page just fine and am
about to change the link back to it so it's kind of a moot point.
