The arms of the Midrealm are the arms of the king. However, after seeing
everyone at the Kingdom decennial running around with patches saying "they"
were the king (they were handed out when you paid your site fee), it was
announced that the populace could bear the arms _without_ the crown. At the
time we never registered that change; I don't know off hand if that has
changed.
