So, the last time the idea of a rapier peerage was brought before the
Board of Directors, they asked for comments, and didn't get much support
for the idea.

Times change.

Let's suppose that the current BoD reviewed the question. And let's
suppose that rapier fighters over the known world let their opinions be
known, and let's imagine that the Board would decide that the time was
ripe for people who had displayed their peer-like qualities through rapier
combat to be recognized by an order seperate from the Laurel.

Would that peerage be the White Scarf? Or something else? If it's
something else, I presume that the White Scarf orders in various kingdoms,
no longer being the "highest honor available for rapier" would dissolve?

I suppose my question is, does the White Scarf get in the way of a rapier
peerage?
