times before, and I honestly didn't know that it would end up being such
a big discussion. I will admit that I have enjoyed reading everyones
responses, it has given me a great understanding of the situation and
the opinions of people.

Since my work schedule prevents me from joining a local group and
attending meetings, my only exposure to the SCA is at events and through
the various websites and mailing lists. I have many questions, and
everyone here has always been so helpful in answering them or pointing
me in the direction I need to go. I apologize if some of my questions
start debates that may end up offending someone.
