He stops and thinks....is pilot really gender neutral?
 There might, out there somewhere, be a feminine
ending for -ot and -er words. Pilotte? Seems
unlikely on one hand but I'm not sure I'd bet real
money against it.

Ultimatly, though, if we call them all pilots or
avaiators or diferentiate between aviators and
aviatrixes, does it matter if ther are 20 aviators to
every aviatrix or the mean wage for an aviator with 10
years of experience was 15k higher for a similarly
skilled and experinced aviatrix.
