I'm aware of these sites and dark cliques. Groups of slow suicides,
methinks.
What disturbs me more, by far, is that these thinning disorders are strongly
influenced by the mundane media's portrayal of so-called beauty and ideal
looks. I fully admit that some among these people have a profound and
unavoidable dysfunction; however, those that may have only a borderline
syndrome are buffeted daily by what mass-media says is attractive. It
sickens me.
