Bavarian, definitely. Unfortunately, Krispy Kreme likes to sugar glaze
EVERYTHING and I can't stand the glaze. I used to work IN a donut shop
when I was in high school. The glaze vat was absolutely wretched, even
when it was kept clean of all the extra bits that fell off the donuts when
you dipped them. Took quite a bit of hot water to wash dipping rods and
racks to even ATTEMPT to get the stuff off. I see their white fluff
chocolate topped glazed rolls in the stores and just SHUDDER.
