[Mid] question on youth activities

Dear Gentles,
  This is the second year we will be offering youth
activities at Brawl at the Crooked Dragon, July 16.
   Last year we had a games table, maze and water
balloon maze battle. Unfortunately, there weren't that
many children or teens activities since I had to work
evenings.
   We plan to offer those activites this year, but
also plan to offer more classes for older teens.
   So far, we're planning a henna class, drumming, SCA
dances to modern music, a shield and water balloon
battle, tug of war, other games, crafts and a few
classes we're not sure of yet.
  Since we are new at this, we're looking for
suggestions and also a rough idea of how many teens to
plan for so we can buy the right amount of supplies
(and time permitting, snacks).
