[Mid] Middlebridge Tokens (WAS: I'll be at Simple Day)

Heck. I was hoping that there were more. I completely forgot that as of
May 1, 2005 Middlebridge has been in constant (more or less) operation for
10 years! I wanted to have a 10 year token made but other things came up
and the idea slipped my mind.

Just in case anyone is intereted, the Middlebridge archives are available
